Yes. Browsing, creating an account, and posting standard ads are all free. Optional featured placements may carry a fee, always shown before you pay.
Which areas do you cover?
All seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Is the site available in Arabic?
Yes — use the language switcher in the header (English / العربية) to change the entire site, including right-to-left layout.
How do I contact a seller?
Open any listing and use the call, WhatsApp, or message option to reach the seller directly.
Does Al Huda handle payments between buyers and sellers?
No — transactions happen directly between users. We recommend meeting in a safe public place and inspecting items before paying.
Can I save items to buy later?
Add items to your cart from any product listing — your cart is saved automatically and stays with you across visits.
How do I post an ad?
Sign in, click "Post Ad" in the header, fill in your item details and photos, and publish — it's live immediately.
How many photos can I add?
Up to 8 photos per ad. Listings with photos get far more views.
Can I edit or delete my ad after posting?
Yes — go to "My Ads" on the Post Ad page to manage everything you've listed, including deleting an ad.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and follow the emailed reset link.
Can I have more than one account?
We ask that you keep to one account per person to keep the marketplace trustworthy for everyone.
Are there fees to post an ad?
Standard ads are completely free. Optional featured/promoted placements have a clearly disclosed fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Since Al Huda is a venue connecting buyers and sellers directly, refunds for items purchased are handled between the two parties involved.
