By accessing or using the Al Huda General Trading website, mobile experience, or any related service (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Al Huda General Trading lets registered users post ads to sell items directly to other users. When you post an ad, you confirm that:
We may remove any ad, at our discretion, that appears misleading, duplicated, miscategorized, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms — without prior notice.
Al Huda General Trading is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not a party to any sale, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Always meet in safe public locations and inspect items before paying.
Posting a standard ad is free. Optional promoted placements or featured listings may carry a fee, which will always be clearly disclosed before you confirm payment.

The following may never be listed or requested on the Platform:
Harassment, spam, and attempts to circumvent the Platform's messaging or fee systems are also prohibited and may result in account suspension.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Huda General Trading is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers, the condition of items purchased, or loss of data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violating these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
